A flat packed kit to make a model of a platelayers hut.

Dimensions : 41x30mm for the main part, then add 8mm to the length for chimney.
Materials & Detailing : built from railway sleepers with a corrugated roof, with a brick chimney stack, and a coal store. Includes the tube for the chimney pot.
Suitable for OO gauge modellers at 4mm to 1 foot.
